Chromium
Sing a song of chromium.
It’s found in chromite ore.
Four and twenty protons,
Packed in its core.
When electroplated,
It gives your stuff some bling.
It’s just the perfect element
To set before a king.
The chauffeur shined the chrome upon
The royal limo wheels.
The cook used chromium to add
Some stainless to her steel.
The king was counting emeralds,
A gift to give his queen.
He did not know ‘twas chromium
That made those jewels green.
